No Sugar Challenge
Who’s up for a 2 week challenge? Processed sugar rears its ugly head every day. We use it for an afternoon boost of energy. It tricks us into thinking we are full and have actually deprived ourselves of vitamins and foods that nourish us. I’ve said it before and will say it again, sugar is 8 times more addictive than cocaine. When you eliminate sugar, you decrease mental/brain fog, you sleep more soundly, reduce inflammation, and increase your mood, Can you imagine the possibilities!?
