Negative Self Talk
Would you date/marry/be friends/ have a relationship with someone who talks to you the way YOU do?
This is a very powerful question.
Some people have a negative inner dialogue that gets in the way of their self worth, self confidence, successes, and overall health.
Ask yourself this question. Why wouldn't you date that person?
Then ask yourself why do you stay in that relationship with yourself?
Start small, write 1-3 positive things in a journal every day. Write about the good things that happened to you that day. Write about what YOU like about yourself. Write about what others like about you.
It's time to BREAK UP with the negative self talk.
