Do I need to say more? We all know on basic foundational level that sugar is bad for us, but this puts it into perspective. It can trick our bodies into thinking we are full or satisfied, when we are really starving for nutrients so the body starts to grab at anything it can from the inside out. Imagine how how children feel when that's a huge part of their diets. When sugar is 8x more addictive than illegal drugs, there’s a bigger issue going on. Pay attention to the sugar content on labels, pay attention to how much you consume in a day. Start to minimize the processed sugar by replacing it with a piece of fruit or a cold pressed juice. Your body and brain will love it!
