Do the ingredient lists in your pantry have words that you can't pronounce? Not sure what to look for when you look at an ingredient list? Learning to read labels and what to look for is just a small part of the Bloom 6 month program.

The items listed above are a preservatives that are added to our food to make them last longer. In the meantime, they reek havoc on our bodies when consumed in large amounts, or like most people, consumed in small amounts in multiple foods over an extended period of time. Regardless, they are items we should stay away from.
