What is a health coach?

A Health coach works with individuals and groups in a client-centered process to facilitate and empower the client to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness. I will support you in mobilizing internal strengths and external resources, and in developing self-management strategies for making sustainable, healthy lifestyle, behavior changes.


What is Primary Food? 

Primary is the other part of life that we don’t often align with our health and wellbeing. These are areas include: social life, relationships, home environment, home cooking, physical activity, health, education, career, finances, creativity, spirituality, and joy. When you are satisfied with these areas, Life feeds you and nutritional food becomes secondary. 


What is secondary food? 

Secondary Food is just that…FOOD. It is what we consume daily.
