Being Grateful. A practice of Gratitude has lasting effects on your physical and emotional wellbeing.

1) Opens the door to more relationships, say thank you, people around you will appreciate it and you will begin to feel better about being kind.

 2) Improves physical health: being grateful you tend to take care of your physical by either working out or visiting the doctor regularly.

3) Improves mental health: reduces toxic emotions, increases happiness

4) Enhances empathy and reduces aggression:  those who practice gratitude less likely to retaliate against others

5) Sleep better: writing a gratitude journal improves sleep

6)Improves self esteem: rather than being resentful towards others for having what you don't, a practice of gratitude allow you to appreciate others for their accomplishments and their own

7)Increases Mental Strength: Being thankful for all you have – even during the worst times of your life, increased resiliency
