Benefits of Mediation
As calm as this picture may seem, did you notice the scowl on my forehead? Ridding myself of that scowl is just one reason I started a quick meditation routine. We are all very busy but a quick 5 minute mediation a day is worth more than one hour one day a week. There are many 5,7, 10, 15 etc minute guided meditations you can look up. 1) Find your comfort level 2) Make a plan 3) Stick to the plan 4) Reflect on how you feel. Mediation has been proven to:
