Amazon Prime has a wide selection to choose from as well.

20-30 minutes a day and you've stretched out the kinks you didn't even know you had.

20-30 minutes, a day you can defog the foggy brain.

20-30 minutes a day can put you in a mindset that sets the tone for the rest of the day!

The point is, you don’t need much for your body to benefit from a burst of movement. Write down any changes you have noticed and refer back.
