It's OK to Feel
#mondaymotivation We have feelings for a reason. It's unhealthy to deny yourself to feel what you are truly feeling. Repressing feelings that are considered "unacceptable" such as, anger, fear, sadness can only lead to additional emotional strain, and eventually, physical upset as well.
Ask yourself, why do you feel you have to put on a different face? How does that make you feel? Do you notice any physical reactions when you do? IT'S OK TO FEEL . Allow yourself to express your emotions.
